At Enterprise Holdings, we’ve been privileged to be guided by two successive female CEOs. Pam Nicholson led the company from 1981 to 2019 and Chrissy Taylor took the helm in early 2020. Employees recognise there is more we can and need to do to advance gender parity at all levels.

International Women’s Day is a perfect time to renew this focus. This year’s theme, #ChooseToChallenge, calls upon all of us to show solidarity and challenge gender inequity in our world.

And all of us – men included – can take part in challenging and changing some of these inequities for the women in our lives.
