After her industrial placement Louise spent her final year of university working part time for Enterprise. She was pleased to return after graduating and she has been promoted several times since. Here she shares the secrets of her success.

Chloe started the Management Trainee programme with Enterprise in the summer of 2013 and before she knew it, she had been promoted to an assistant manager position. Her hard work led to even more responsibility and yet another promotion in the following six months.
